Start by accessing the main menu on your Fenix 5 watch. To do this, press the "Start/Stop" button located on the upper right side of the watch face.
Once you are in the main menu, use the "Up" and "Down" buttons located on the left side of the watch face to navigate and select the "Settings" option. Press the "Start/Stop" button to confirm your selection.
In the Settings menu, scroll down and select the "System" option. Press the "Start/Stop" button to enter the System settings.
Within the System settings, scroll down and select the "Time" option. Press the "Start/Stop" button to access the time settings.
