From the watch face, press and hold the UP button.
Scroll to System and press the START button.
Scroll to Time and press the START button.
If the time is set to Auto, the watch will automatically sync the time with your phone. If the time is set to Manual, you can use the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the time.
When you are finished adjusting the time, press the START button to save your changes.
