Garmin Vivofit Jr. 2
- Press and hold the MODE button until you see the Settings screen.
- Scroll down to Clock and press the MODE button to select it.
- Scroll down to Set Local Time and press the MODE button to select it.
- The Time screen will appear. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the hours and minutes.
- Press the MODE button to confirm.
- The Date screen will appear. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the day, month, and year.
- Press the MODE button to confirm.
The time and date will be updated on your Vivofit Jr. 2.
