To set the date and time on the Asus VivoWatch BP

follow these steps:

1. On the main screen of your VivoWatch BP, press the middle button to access the menu.
2. Use the navigation buttons (usually located above and below the middle button) to scroll and highlight the "Settings" option.
3. Press the middle button to enter the Settings menu.
4. In the Settings menu, use the navigation buttons to scroll and select the "Date & Time" option.
5. Press the middle button to enter the Date & Time settings.
6. In the Date & Time settings, you can adjust the following options:

• Date: Use the navigation buttons to scroll to the "Date" option. Press the middle button to select it. You can then adjust the day, month, and year using the navigation buttons.
• Time: Use the navigation buttons to scroll to the "Time" option. Press the middle button to select it. You can then adjust the hour and minutes using the navigation buttons. If your VivoWatch BP supports AM/PM format, you can also choose between AM and PM.

1. Once you have set the desired date and time, press the back button or navigate to the "Save" or "Done" option (if available) and press the middle button to save the changes.

Your Asus VivoWatch BP should now display the updated date and time based on your settings.
