How to find someone on Instagram without an account?

Using the Instagram search box:
- Locate the search bar at the top of the Explore tab.
- Alternatively, use the search bar on your Profile tab
- Type the username or full name of the user you would like to find.
- Click the appropriate profile, then click Follow

Get the persons Instagram profile name. You can search for their account if you know their username.
Keep in mind that you can only search for all accounts but can only view the photos of the public ones.
You can often find peoples' Instagram usernames on their other social media accounts.

Search Google for Instagram accounts.
If youre looking for a celebrity or other public figure, you can usually use Google in your computers web browser.
Once you find the account in the results, click the link to view its photos and videos
